General Bonus Terms and Conditions

Every bonus offer is capped at one per person and family group, home address, email, IP address, phone number, account, credit or debit card, e-wallet, payment system, and bank account, as well as per single device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.). If duplicate accounts are found, they will be shut down and any winnings or active bonuses forfeited.

Registration must be done personally — you can’t let a third party, including minors, use your account or access it on your behalf.

Directors, staff, partners, agents, consultants, and anyone else with a direct or indirect connection to Falcon Casino — including suppliers tied to a given promotion — can’t take part in that promotion. Falcon may disqualify any entry it deems fraudulent or non-compliant with these Terms.

Bonus abuse isn’t permitted. Where it occurs, Falcon can bar the player from future bonuses and cancel any winnings generated with bonus funds, whether that’s caught during wagering or afterward.

All bonuses run on UTC time.

Players can’t use strategies specifically designed to clear a bonus’s wagering requirement. If Falcon has reasonable grounds to believe a player’s actions are purely aimed at extracting financial value from a bonus advantage, it can void all related winnings.

You’re not allowed to delay a game round — including spins or bonus features — until your wagering requirement is cleared, nor make a new deposit while spins or bonus features from a previous one are still pending.

Unless stated otherwise, every deposit bonus comes with its own minimum deposit, a bonus cap, wagering conditions, a max bet limit during wagering, and an expiry window. Read these alongside the general promotional terms, and check back periodically for changes — that’s on you to do.

Unless specified otherwise, the default max bet while wagering any bonus is 5 EUR/5 GBP. This cap includes any bets that double after a round finishes, plus bonus rounds bought within a game.

For real-money wagering (no active bonus), the max bet is 50 EUR/50 GBP on Slots and 100 EUR/100 GBP on everything else, unless stated otherwise.

All bonuses are non-sticky — you can’t withdraw until wagering is complete. If your balance holds both real and bonus funds, real money is used up first; once the bonus portion hits zero, the bonus itself is lost too.

If a bonus is still active when its validity period ends and wagering hasn’t been completed, both the bonus and any related winnings are voided.

Bonuses cancel automatically once the active bonus-linked balance drops to 0.01 EUR/0.01 GBP or below. This only affects balance tied to the bonus (deposit + bonus, or bonus alone) — it doesn’t touch funds from other deposits or bonuses.

You’re free to cancel a bonus at any point before completing wagering, with no loss to your own funds.

You can hold more than one active bonus at a time.

Any withdrawal request involving bonus-funded winnings goes through a check before payment. Falcon may ask you to reconfirm your personal or payment details as part of that check.

Using bonus funds solely to move through bonus stages is against the rules — winnings from that kind of play can be voided.

Falcon can revoke bonuses and winnings, and seize account funds, if they were obtained dishonestly or in breach of these terms.

Account verification and KYC checks must be completed before any withdrawal of winnings is permitted.

Falcon isn’t liable for any issues you encounter, regardless of cause — this includes network, hardware, or software problems, traffic congestion, or any other technical hiccup.

Self-excluded players can’t open a Falcon account or join any promotion. If a self-excluded player is found to have registered anyway, their account will be closed immediately and reported.

If you don’t agree to these terms as a new player, you shouldn’t take part in promotions or accept any bonus offer.

Falcon can withhold withdrawals or remove winnings entirely, in the interest of fair play, if irregular gameplay is detected.

Falcon can change or withdraw any promotion’s terms whenever it deems necessary — it’s the player’s job to keep checking for updates.

Falcon can also pause or end any promotion at any time if needed — again, players are responsible for staying informed of changes.
